Christmas cocktails
CHRISTMAS IS fast approaching, so which spirit truly encapsulates this time of year? In the eyes of John Collingwood of Want to Impress, there could only be one brand – Drambuie.
Why? Well, it has a beautiful balance of flavour, due to a secret selection of herbs, spices and Scottish heather honey, which is then infused by hand into the Scotch whisky base.
So the big question is which cocktails to make with such a delicious brand? Want to Impress wanted to show the true spirit of Drambuie, so John Collingwood decided to go to Dunstanburgh Castle to prepare two simple drinks that really showcase its complexity of flavour. The perfect festive tipple! TWO CHRISTMAS CRACKERS…
