How you all doing?

Well we all like a nice ice cold beer, but how much do you really know about this vast category?

David Russell, Beer Specialist from Different World Drinks, has kindly offered to take you on a world tour around all the various styles that are on offer.

He has said,

“The idea of the day is to take a fun but incite full look at the beer category, why is beer made like it is? Why are there different styles of beer? Why do styles of beer taste as they do?

I would love to be able to get bartenders to look at the beer category in a similar way to wines or spirits, if a customer wants a glass of wine do they want Red, White or Sparkling? If it’s a white wine is it a sweet, medium or dry white wine? If it’s a dry white wine which type of dry white wine is it?”

It will all take place at As You Like It, Thursday 15th April, 11 til 5!

There are only 40 places, so it is first come first serve.
