I am really chuffed with the first Newcastle Bar Collectives training course of 2010, which I have organised with the help of Emma Davis, from the fantastic Rockland Brands.

This will be a Molecular Mixology Master Class with Nick Wykes of IP Bartenders.

He is going to take you through spherifications (colloids), emulsifications (suspensions), foams and other molecular techniques; along with the theory of how we process information, how different ingredients work on a molecular level and how to manipulate flavours and experiences.
